Credit Approval Process
The credit approval process starts from the receipt of the customers’ request by the lending unit and ends with the communication of an approval of facility to the customer through a written quotation offer. We strive to conclude this process in 30 minutes.

Detailed Customer Analysis
The approval process entails a detailed analysis of the customer and the proposed transaction. Customer documents are kept in safe keeping at the branch. Each branch keeps a secure filing cabinet and each client receives a unique identification number in our loan admin system.
